PuppyBellyBands and PuppyPuddlePads

We accept returns and exchanges of PuppyBellyBands and PuppyPuddlePads that are shipped to us within 20 days of the original shipment date and are unused (by unused we mean NOT worn by the dog for more than a mere try on, clean, hair free, and unsoiled) and in original condition.  Pawlicity provides sanitary pads with each shipment for use when trying the product on; please use it!

PuppyBellyBands Liner Pads and Clearance PuppyBellyBands

Due to the nature of our Liner Pads and the sanitary issues they present, all sales of our PuppyBellyBand Liner Pads are final sales with no exchanges or returns with no exceptions.

PuppyBellyBands purchased in our clearance section are final sales with no refunds or exchanges.   

All other Products

We accept returns or exchanges of all other products that are still in the original packaging, unused, and in a condition to be resold as new.  We will only accept returns or exchanges that are shipped back to us within 20 days of the original shipment date.

For all returns and exchanges, Pawlicity will not refund shipping costs nor will Pawlicity pay for the cost of returning any item.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, so we strongly urge customers to insure or pay for delivery confirmation.  We are not the United State Post Office and will not be responsible for it’s actions or it’s employees’ actions.

ALL RETURNS SHIPPED WITH FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING MAY BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.

ANY PRODUCT THAT IS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED, AND WILL ONLY BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE ITEMS RETURN SHIPPING.

PAWLICITY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE THE STATED TIME FRAMES LISTED ABOVE AND WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.  RETURNS THAT ARE RANDOMLY SENT TO PAWLICITY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR A COMPLETED FORM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR WILL THEY BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING.
